• Interac e-Transfer: Available for Canadian customers.

You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL technology to ensure your data is protected. All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Shipping & Processing

We understand that fire safety equipment is essential, and we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information (if applicable).

Sales Tax

In compliance with federal and provincial laws, Tesla Fire Systems charges sales tax on all orders purchased within or shipped to Canada.

Tax is calculated based on the applicable rate for the province or territory of delivery. Please note that sales tax is applied to the total order value, which includes both the cost of goods and shipping fees.
