Tesla Fire Systems has proudly served our community since 2006. We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty and meet the highest industry standards. We stand firmly behind every item we sell.

We exclusively stock top-of-the-line fire extinguishers and fire protection products. Our team consists of certified technicians, licensed electricians, and fire safety experts. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need any technical information regarding our products or advice on fire safety applications for residential and commercial buildings. We are here to help you ensure your property is safe and compliant.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Damaged or used goods are strictly non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm the transaction has not appeared.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly at teslafireservice@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please email us at teslafireservice@gmail.com and send your item to: 1010 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario M5R 3G7.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
